Hi, I’m Megan - the heart behind Megan Rigdon Photography.

I’m a lifestyle family photographer based in Harford County, Maryland, and for the past 15 years I’ve been documenting the kind of moments that don’t always feel big… until they’re gone.

I’m a mom to three incredible kids and married to my high school sweetheart. Our days are full and surrounded by a little bit of chaos: a cat, dog, goats, and also chickens that wander into my days. Life is full over here… and that’s exactly why I believe so deeply in photographing it.

I don’t just take pictures. I preserve seasons. The belly laughs. The baby stretches. The way your toddler grips your finger. The quiet in-between moments that tell the real story of your family.

Over the years I’ve photographed hundreds of families, newborns, and milestones, and one thing remains true: the greatest honor is being invited back as your family grows. Watching your babies turn into big kids and capturing each new season is something I never take for granted.

When I’m not behind the camera, my days are filled with car rides to games and activities, quiet coffee on the porch (or at my desk editing), and time spent outdoors. We also love to travel as a family, collecting memories (and a little adventure) wherever we go.
